Logistical support
We specialize in providing dependable, efficient logistics in austere and complex environments. From transportation and resource coordination to infrastructure navigation, our logistics team ensures that field operations run smoothly and safely—no matter how remote the setting.
Independent Investigation & Recovery
With a strong operational foundation, we conduct autonomous and agile recovery missions. These missions are informed by local insight, enabled by logistics, and executed with cultural and strategic awareness to ensure both respectful recovery and mission success.
Training & SOP Development
We distill our field-tested knowledge into custom training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help current and future teams operate with precision, foresight, and accountability. Our guidance emphasizes force protection, fiscal responsibility, and mission success.
International community relations
Built on mutual respect and local partnerships, our host-nation networks are a key strength. These relationships not only facilitate smoother operations but also allow our teams to act as informal U.S. ambassadors, promoting positive influence and goodwill in every country we serve.

Project Final Chapter is a global tribute to the communities who have helped return Missing in Action (MIA) American service members home. Through storytelling, recognition, and the powerful symbolism of the Repatriation Flag, the initiative brings long-overdue closure to families and honors those who played a vital role in this sacred mission.
MEET THE TEAM
Justin Harty
A third-generation Marine Corps veteran, carrying on a proud family legacy of service to the United States. His dedication to his country is evident in his extensive experience with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), where he has played pivotal roles in missions across Vietnam, Laos, Tarawa, Sicily, and Papua New Guinea (PNG).
Alex Castagno
He is driven by passion, experienced through experiences, and persistent in improving himself and the people his compass guides him to. He is most grateful for his relationship with his son, James, who has been an x-factor in Alex’s understanding of what is involved in mentoring a human to be self-sustaining, resilient, moral, ethical, and thrive as a good human.
